You may reserve and pay for your place on the conference through Paypal, using the form below, or if you prefer you may send a cheque to the conference secretary with your completed registration form.

Please ensure you have selected the correct fee and completed the remaining fields before submitting the form below.

Note that Paypal will provide us with your postal address and email, which we will use to send you further details about the conference. If you would prefer us to use a different address instead, please email the secretary with the updated information.

The "Pay Now" button will take you to the PayPal site, where you may either log in with your PayPal ID, or provide credit or debit card details. After you have made your payment, you will be returned to this site.

Note that if you pay by Credit Card, the item will appear on your statement as "TTM CONF".
